Annual reporting submitted to the Ozone Secretariat confirms Seychelles is on track to meet its Kigali Amendment baseline targets for hydrofluorocarbons (HFCs).
The Ozone Unit thanks importers, technicians, and customs partners for their continued cooperation. Phase-down activities will accelerate from 2027 in line with the Kigali schedule for Group 2 Article 5 parties.
